It was suggested by the Union Health Minister that candidates will not be issued No Objection Certificate (NOC) for studying in foreign medical college if they could not clear NEET exam. If the medical student fails to receive NOC from MCI, they will not be eligible to practice in India. Thus it is a last opportunity for students seeking admission in Russia to take admission in Russia without any entrance test. So student should occupy a seat in Russian Medical College this year otherwise they may have to appear for NEET from next year onwards.
