Life of Indian MBBS Students in Ukraine

Ukraine is one of the popular destinations for pursuing overseas medical education in the world. In fact, Ukraine has a large number of foreign students. Student who comes to Ukraine for medical studies gets influenced by their culture and life style.

Ukraine is a place of great entertainment. Many Indian students who come to Ukraine for pursuing medical studies learn how to ride a horse in Cossacks manner. Female students use to learn weaving and how to make clothes from straw.

The public transportation in Ukraine is very good. Some big cities of Ukraine have facilities like shuttle buses, trams, trolley buses and metro facility is available in Kiev and Kharkov. Students gets 40% discount on normal price of ticket in trains, buses, etc. Students also gets Student’s Travel pass card for Government transportation like trains, electric buses, etc. These travel pass are issued by Universities at a very nominal cost. Some university also issues International student card to the foreign students at the time of admission in which the foreign students get 30% discount on the normal price of Air tickets.  

Thus Ukraine has become one of the most favourite destinations for many Indian who are seeking admission for MBBS in abroad.
