Gone are the days when in medical universities have only academic activities. The challenging trends in today’s life have brought a major difference in the field of medicine as well. Every medical universities in abroad organises sports and cultural activities for their students.  They want their students to participate in physical activities and they take huge initiative to keep their students physically active.

Almost every medical institutions in abroad have trained teachers, coaches, staff and community personnel who promote physical and cultural activities. Students should not be bookworms and they should participate in co-curricular activities as they have the following benefits:
